Executive Management Team

Mr. Antoine Fady succeeded Mr. Charles Knott as CEO of Flint Group in January 2011 and joined the company with over 20 years of global specialty chemical experience. Before joining Flint Group Mr. Fady served as General Manager, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints-Europe and prior to that, as Chief Executive Officer ICI Packaging and Coatings. Mr. Fady is French, currently resides in Den Haag, The Netherlands and has lived and worked in the USA, Malaysia and several European countries.

Mr. Fady has an Engineering degree from "Ecole des Mines de St Etienne" and an MBA from Insead.
